In a professional business world that continues to normalize the "work remote" behavior, I believe there is a portion of the workforce that misses the value of  human interaction in a friendly  and congenial environment.In previous experiences as a novice salesman, I cherished being around not only the smartest and competitive coworkers, but how special the  lasting personal relationships gained and how those relationships lasted  much further beyond work.  When thinking of the "sales pits" in those days, it brings me a sense of nostalgia of  non-stop laugher, endless celebration's, and the invaluable lesson's learned that forged us all into the successful businessman we are today. Success has no room for individualism and Palm and Cactus agents see it this way too. The team holds each other accountable, working relentlessly to hit our goals, all while establishing lasting relationships in the utmost positive environment. For us at-least, work never really seems like work.
